We understand that privacy online is very important to users of ExcelNumber (“Site”) Site, especially when conducting business and collecting data. Newsletter

If you have signed up for our newsletter you may receive emails from us. This includes but not limited to transactional emails and marketing emails. We’ll only send emails which you have explicitly or implicitly (registration, product purchase etc.) signed up to. On signup we collect your email address, your name, your current location and the current web address were you sign up. We send our emails via a service called amazonses. Once you get an email from us we track if you open the email in your email client, if you click a link in the email, your current location.

We respect your browsers “Do Not Track” feature which means we do not track your interaction with our emails.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
